The EasySep™ Human Myeloid DC Enrichment Kit is designed to isolate myeloid dendritic cells (mDC) from fresh peripheral blood mononuclear cells or ammonium chloride-lysed leukapheresis by negative selection. Unwanted cells are targeted for removal with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognizing non-mDCs and dextran-coated magnetic particles. The labeled cells are separated using the EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. Desired cells are poured off into a new tube.

The EasySep™ Non-Human Primate CD8+ T Cell Isolation Kit is designed to isolate CD8+ T cells from fresh peripheral blood mononuclear cells by immunomagnetic negative selection. The EasySep™ procedure involves labeling unwanted cells with antibody complexes and magnetic particles. The magnetically labeled cells are separated from the untouched desired cells by using an EasySep™ magnet and simply pouring or pipetting the desired cells into a new tube. This kit has been verified for use with rhesus and cynomolgus macaques.

The EasySep™ Human Eosinophil Isolation Kit is designed to isolate eosinophils from a polymorphonuclear cell-rich fraction of peripheral blood by negative selection. Labeled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. Desired cells are poured off into a new tube.
